The basic ruling for animate figurines is prohibition. However, if the image is incomplete or its features are indistinct, some scholars have permitted it. Some scholars also permitted the sale of such a necklace if it can be utilized after modification. As for photographic images, they are permissible, and it is preferable to obscure the figurine of the necklace within them if it is something whose wearing is forbidden.
