Is it permissible to watch a TV series that contains no nudity, indecency, or dancing, and in which women appear with only their hair, faces, and hands uncovered, provided there is no fear of temptation and with extra caution taken by the presence of one's wife?

What has been mentioned regarding the unveiling of women's hair is sufficient to prohibit looking, and the absence of arousal does not exempt one from this prohibition; for Allah has enjoined lowering the gaze absolutely, and the presence of one's wife does not prevent temptation.
