Is reciting Surat Al-Inshiqaq and Ayah 54 from Surat Al-A'raf permissible for a woman an hour or two before childbirth?

The entire Holy Quran is a healing, and some of it has therapeutic properties, such as reciting Surah Al-Inshiqaq and the verse (Indeed, your Lord is Allah) from Surah Al-A'raf. Al-Suyuti mentioned that the experiences of the righteous have proven their effectiveness in facilitating childbirth and treating spiritual possession. Ibn Al-Qayyim also stated that the first verses of Surah Al-Inshiqaq facilitate childbirth if written, drunk, and sprinkled on the pregnant woman.
