The answer

If a person's mouth becomes impure due to vomit or other substances, and then the substance of the impurity is removed, the mouth must be purified with water. The mere disappearance of the taste of the vomit is not sufficient. To purify the mouth, it is sufficient to introduce any pure water until it is highly probable that the impurity has been removed. Certainty is not required, as requiring certainty here would be a hardship. This water should be spit out and not swallowed until it is highly probable that the impurity has been removed.
