Is the difference in moon-sighting considered for determining the Hajj Eid and the Day of 'Arafah, and what should a Muslim do if the various groups in one city differ in determining the Eid day?

Muslims must reject division and hold fast to the rope of Allah. They must unite in fasting and sacrifice within a single country where the moonrise points are close. They are not obliged to agree with the people of another country that differs from them in moonrise points.

Therefore, fasting and praying must be done with the local community, based on the moon's sighting for the month or Eid in your city, in compliance with the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Fasting is the day you fast, and breaking fast is the day you break fast, and al-Adha is the day you offer sacrifice." No one is allowed to oppose them if the moonrise points differ.
