The "The best names are those that signify servitude (to Allah) and praise (to Allah)" is not authentic. It is narrated in Muslim that the most beloved names to Allah are 'Abdullah and 'Abdur-Rahman.
There is no specific hadith that favors certain names for women. However, there is a general command to choose good names for both men and women. It is also reported that the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, changed the names of some women from "Barrah" to "Juwayriyah" and "Zaynab," and from "Asiyah" to "Jamilah."
