Is it permissible to name a newborn "Qaysar" (Caesar) with the hope that he will be a supporter of Islam and a spreader of Allah's religion and His Prophet's Sunnah?

Islam encourages choosing good names, and the most beloved to Allah are 'Abdullah and 'Abdur-Rahman, and the most truthful are Harith and Hammam, and the most detestable are Harb and Murrah. The name "Caesar" is not desirable in Islam because it symbolizes Christian kings known for their enmity towards Muslims. Therefore, a Muslim is not advised to name his son with this name.
