If the commodity is replaced with the seller's consent and knowledge of its use, then there is no harm in that. The fundamental principle regarding the contracts and transactions of Muslims is their validity and soundness, unless proven otherwise, as stated by Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Zarkashi, and Ibn Sa'di.
