What is the ruling on delaying Fajr prayer until after the husband leaves for work, for fear of disturbing or scolding him, knowing that the time for Fajr begins at 3:00 AM and he leaves for work at 6:00 AM?

Prayer is the pillar of Islam, and abandoning it is among the greatest destructive sins. It is not permissible for a woman to delay Fajr prayer until its time expires, and she must stand for prayer even if her husband prevents her. If he insists on preventing her, she has the right to seek divorce from him.
