What is the Sharia ruling on delaying prayer until the end of the night due to work circumstances? And what is the period specified by the Sharia for absence from one's wife and children? And what is your advice to me?

Prayer must be performed on time, and it is not permissible to delay it, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a timed ordinance," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Perform prayer at its appointed time." If the delay is due to residing in the lands of the disbelievers, then emigration to Islamic lands becomes obligatory. As for a man's absence from his wife, it is not permissible for more than six months except with her consent.
