What is the ruling on a woman delaying her prayer beyond its prescribed time due to staying up late?

The basic principle regarding prayer is that it should be performed within its prescribed time, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a book [due at] fixed times" (Quran 4:103). It is not permissible to delay it except for a valid excuse, such as sleep. In such a case, the sleeping person must make it up immediately upon waking, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever does that, let him pray it when he wakes up." A Muslim should take measures that help him wake up, such as not staying up late and using alarm methods.
