What is the meaning of "yurām" and "yuḍām" in the supplication: "O Allah, I ask You by Your might which is not sought, and by Your dominion which is not wronged"?

"By Your unassailable might" means that Allah is Mighty and unassailable; no one can harm Him or divest Him of any of His attributes, actions, or dominion.

"And by Your dominion which none can infringe upon" means that no one can remove Allah's dominion or overcome Him.
