Is it permissible to accept a 1000 EGP educational allowance per child from the company, knowing that the actual school fees are 500 EGP, and there are other unspecified expenses (uniforms, books, and supplies), while submitting fictitious receipts for 1000 EGP to cover the allowance, for fear of colleagues being fired and deprived of the value of school supplies?

"One must adhere to the company's terms regarding the education allowance, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Muslims are bound by their conditions.' If the company specifies the allowance for school expenses only and nothing else, then one must abide by that, and it is forbidden to take anything in excess of it. Submitting fictitious receipts is a forbidden act of lying and deception. Whoever violates this must repent to Allah, return the excess money, and advise colleagues. The excess money can be returned to the company gently if one fears harm."
