What happened with her mother, regarding the preliminaries of fornication, does not affect the validity of this marriage, nor does it, according to the more sound opinion, establish the prohibition of affinity through marriage. This is coupled with a warning regarding the obligation to beware of following the footsteps of Satan, which lead to immorality and evil.
