What is the ruling on designing something that includes the flag of a certain country, if it is not for a forbidden purpose?

The basic rule concerning things is permissibility. Therefore, whatever a proof does not indicate as prohibited, remains subject to the original rule, which is permissibility. Thus, it is permissible to create the aforementioned design, provided that its purpose is not forbidden, or that it does not contain anything forbidden.
