Is a child born to a married woman who conceived and gave birth during her husband's imprisonment to be attributed to him, knowing there was no relationship between them during that period?

A married woman's pregnancy is attributed to her husband, whether he is present, absent, or imprisoned, unless the husband denies the paternity through li'an (oath of condemnation). This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The child belongs to the bed, and for the fornicator is the stone." This child is attributed to her husband unless he denies paternity through li'an.
