What is the text regarding the compilation and arrangement of the Qur'an during the time of the Messenger and the Rightly Guided Caliphs?

Imam Ibn Atiyyah said: "The seven long surahs (Al-Sab' Al-Tiwal), the Hawamim surahs, and the Mufassal surahs were arranged during the time of the Prophet, peace be upon him. Whatever was not arranged then was arranged at the time of writing." The Quran was not fully compiled during the era of the Messenger, peace be upon him; rather, it was preserved in hearts and written on parchments and shoulder blades.

Its first compilation was during the era of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, based on the advice of Umar ibn Al-Khattab, after the widespread killing of reciters on the Day of Yamamah. Zayd ibn Thabit was entrusted with its compilation.

The second compilation was during the era of Uthman ibn Affan, with the advice of Hudhayfah ibn Al-Yaman. It was entrusted to Zayd ibn Thabit and three men from Quraish, and they took the scrolls of Hafsa bint Umar as the basis for this final compilation.
