I am tired; I want to rest," constitute impatience that expels one from the fold of Islam? And must one be certain that this statement actually occurred? And is speech that is uttered and then immediately suppressed out of fear of a Sharia-prohibited matter considered overlooked, based on the hadith concerning the lifting of sin for error and forgetfulness?
What the questioner experienced is not disbelief. She must strive against intrusive thoughts, be patient with Allah's decree, and supplicate. Unintentional errors are pardoned, as Allah Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [there is blame for] what your hearts intended."
