What is the share of each heir from an amount of 75,0 if the heirs are: one wife, 3 sons, and 4 daughters?

If there is no heir other than the wife and children, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." Whatever remains after the wife's share goes to the children by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The original denominator of the inheritance is eight, and it can be corrected to eighty shares. So the inheritance is divided into eighty shares: the wife gets ten shares (one-eighth), each daughter gets seven shares, and each son gets fourteen shares.

For example: If the inheritance is 75,0, the wife's share is 9,375, each daughter's share is 6,562.5, and each son's share is 13,125.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are grave and must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to search for other heirs, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
