What are the reasons for the decline in academic performance after transferring to a school for gifted students, and what should be done about it?

The evil eye is real, and if anything could precede divine decree, it would be the evil eye. A Muslim should observe the obligatory prayers and supererogatory acts, and regularly recite the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) and the prescribed remembrances for various actions. For whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allah, and whoever says, "In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" three times in the morning and evening, nothing will harm him.
