Is it permissible to transfer a son whose academic performance is weak to another school and a different educational system without that being considered a discriminatory act in the treatment of children?

It is obligatory for a father to teach his children the fundamental Islamic sciences and to discipline them with Islamic manners. There is no harm in teaching them beneficial worldly sciences as long as they do not contradict the religion. There is also no objection to transferring a child who is slower in comprehension to a learning environment that suits them, as this accounts for individual differences and is not a form of discrimination.
