What is the ruling on teaching Muslim children in schools of the disbelievers, if one is unable to afford the tuition fees of private Islamic schools?

If the education of children in infidel schools leads to corruption, such as fear of moral decay, conversion to Christianity, or indifference towards Islam, then it is forbidden to teach them there. However, if their guardians supervise them and raise them according to Islam, and they study in infidel schools to learn a foreign language, reading, writing, arithmetic, and the like, then this is permissible, provided there is continuous monitoring and an emphasis on the detrimental beliefs and a warning against being deceived by the propaganda of the infidels. This is specifically for those who are unable to afford the tuition fees of Muslim schools.
