What is the ruling on one who does not see the cutting off of the hand of the thief or the lashing of the fornicator as a violation of human rights, and declares this openly before people?

Allah Almighty has prescribed for His servants the most merciful and fitting legislations, for He knows best what is good for them. And whoever describes His rulings as an infringement on human rights or as unsuitable for our modern era is an apostate from the religion of Allah. Allah condemned the Jews for believing in part of the Scripture and disbelieving in another part, and their recompense was disgrace in this world and the most severe punishment on the Day of Resurrection.
