Are a man's paternal half-sisters محرمات (unmarriageable kin) to his aunt's husband?

If a man marries a woman and consummates the marriage with her, then her daughters and the daughters of her children become unlawful for him [to marry], based on the words of Allah Almighty: "And your stepdaughters who are in your guardianship, born of your wives with whom you have consummated marriage." It is not a condition for the stepdaughter to be in his guardianship, because this restriction was mentioned in the context of what is generally prevalent. The فقهاء (jurists) have agreed on this.
