Is the daughter of a man's divorced wife from her other husband considered unmarriageable (mahram) to the man's sons from his other wife?

The daughter of a wife from another husband is not considered a mahram to the son of her mother's first husband from another wife, if there is no other reason for prohibition. There is no kinship between them, nor any reason that necessitates prohibition. The fact that he is a brother to her sister has not been stated in Islamic law as a reason for prohibition.
