Does a wife's telling her husband about a forbidden utterance that crossed her mind, due to a Waswasa (whisperings/obsessive thoughts), fall under the category of speech for which a person is held accountable, thereby excluding her from the general meaning of the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah (community) what their souls whisper to them, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it"?

You do not sin by telling your husband about the (whispers of Satan), as this is not a form of relying on it. We advise you to completely ignore the waswas, because giving in to it leads to great evil.
