Is it considered to be among the speech mentioned in the noble Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah what they whisper to themselves or what their souls suggest to them, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it," if I mention intrusive thoughts and self-talk in order to understand their ruling and how to deal with them?

A person is not held accountable for disclosing their [religious] whispers (waswas) in order to seek a legal ruling or an answer concerning them. Rather, they are sinful for surrendering to these whispers and believing them. As long as a person dislikes these whispers and strives to get rid of them, they do not affect their faith, and they are not sinful for them. Their struggle against them will be rewarded.
