Is visiting graves forbidden for women if the deceased was the dearest person to her, and what is the meaning of "al-mustami'ah" (the listener) in the hadith: "May Allah curse the wailing woman and the listener"?

It is not permissible for women to visit graves, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed women who visit graves. It is prescribed for them to supplicate for their deceased from their homes. Praying over the deceased in the mosque or prayer area is permissible. Wailing over the dead is forbidden and is an act of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah). It involves raising one's voice with crying and lamentation. The wailer will be tormented on the Day of Resurrection if she does not repent. It is not permissible for a woman to engage in wailing, nor to listen to a wailer and encourage her. Rather, she must condemn it and separate herself from those who wail.
