What is the ruling on using applications and websites that include symbols and conditions that contradict Islamic law? Is their use permissible in cases of necessity but forbidden or considered disbelief otherwise? How should one deal with conditions that violate Islamic law and with the accountability of the user for the intention of the content creator?

It is absolutely impermissible to use symbols of disbelief. However, it is not necessary to uninstall a program if it contains forbidden symbols, provided it can be used without them. It is permissible to sell, buy, and possess items that can be used for both permissible and impermissible purposes, for those who use them for permissible purposes.

Regarding conditions found in websites and programs: - If they conform to Sharia, it is obligatory to abide by them. - If they contradict Sharia, they are forbidden and void. However, it is permissible to use programs that contain conflicting conditions, while the user dislikes and detests these conditions, accepting only what conforms to Sharia, and not consenting to arbitrate by anything other than what Allah has revealed. The user should also denounce these conditions to the best of their ability. - Permissible conditions that are not mentioned in Sharia and do not contradict it, such as requiring registration only for women, are permissible, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a lawful thing unlawful or an unlawful thing lawful."
