Must I make up the day in Ramadan if menstruation occurs intermittently and lightly after it has stopped, and what is the ruling on fasting that day?

The return of blood on the day following its cessation has two scenarios:

1. If the total number of menstrual days and the day following them is less than fifteen days, then the blood is considered menses, and fasting for that day must be made up.

2. If the total number of days exceeds fifteen days, then the blood is considered istihada (non-menstrual bleeding) and does not prevent prayer or fasting.
