The answer

If you stoned before the time of Dhuhr, this is an error, because the most authoritative opinion is that stoning on the days of Tashreeq should only occur after zawal (midday). If you left the stoning of the third day and did not depart early, you have abandoned two obligations of Hajj: the stoning of the and leaving the overnight stay in Mina. Whoever abandons an obligation of Hajj must offer a dam (sacrifice) to be slaughtered in Mecca and distributed to the poor of the , and whoever is unable to do so must fast for ten days. Therefore, whoever abandons the stoning, or part of it, and abandons the overnight stay, owes two dams. If they are unable to offer them, then for each one they must fast for ten days. This applies equally to one who did it intentionally, one who forgot, one who knew, and one who was ignorant.
