How many minutes before the sun turns yellow is the Maghrib Adhan, and does that depend on the country and season?

The time for Asr prayer begins when the Dhuhr prayer time ends and extends until the sun turns yellow (begins to set), and it is not permissible to delay the Asr prayer until the sun turns yellow except for a valid excuse. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The time for Asr is as long as the sun has not turned yellow." The time when the sun turns yellow varies from one country to another and from one season to another. The criterion for this is observing it with the naked eye, and the sun turns yellow when one can look at it without discomfort until it sets.
