Does saying "O Muhammad!" out of astonishment, not seeking aid, constitute Shirk?

The phrase "Ya Muhammad" (O Muhammad) is not an expression of wonder or astonishment. Rather, it is commonly used by the general populace to seek intercession from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Therefore, it should be avoided as a preventative measure and to distance oneself from resembling those who seek intercession. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade seeking intercession from him, saying: "Indeed, intercession is not sought from me; rather, intercession is sought from Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."
