What is the way to get rid of recurring terrifying dreams after marriage, which may be caused by the evil eye and envy?

Terrifying dreams come from Satan, who seeks to instill sadness in believers, but his plot is weak. The best way to protect a Muslim from Satan is through the remembrance of Allah. If a Muslim consistently adheres to the piety of Allah, upholds the commands, avoids prohibitions, and commits to the remembrance of Allah, reciting the Quran, and the prescribed supplications (dhikr), then Satan will stay away from him. Satan only approaches those who are far from their religion, though he may also try to mislead the righteous.

Among the supplications recommended for consistent recitation are the morning and evening dhikr, such as saying: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created" three times in the evening, and "In the Name of Allah with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" three times in the morning and evening. Also, reciting Ayatul Kursi and the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) before sleeping.

As for envy (hasad) and the evil eye (ayn), protection from them is achieved through lawful dhikr, such as the Prophet's invocation for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every harmful creature, and from every evil eye." As for treatment, if the person who cast the evil eye is known, they are asked to perform ablution (wudu) or a full bath (ghusl), and the water from their ablution or bath is poured over the afflicted person.
