Is there a cure for a state of continuous crying, screaming, and distress, and wishing for death, despite reading Surat Al-Baqarah daily, knowing that the cause of this condition is a strong 'ayn (evil eye) that led to delayed marriage?

To prevent what has been mentioned, it is recommended to adhere to acts of obedience, consistently recite supplications for protection, and ask Allah for well-being morning and evening. Among the most important of these is reading Surat Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Say 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' (Surat Al-Ikhlas) and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning; they will suffice you against everything." Likewise, it is recommended to say: "Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma' ismihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim" (In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times in the morning and evening, based on his (peace be upon him) saying: "No servant says in the morning of every day and the evening of every night: 'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma' ismihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim' three times, except that nothing will harm him." Among the important supplications is: "Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyah fid-dunya wal-akhirah..." (O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter...). It is also permissible for the afflicted person to use ruqyah ash-shar'iyyah (Islamic incantations).
