If the emission of wind (flatulence) is constant, such that it does not cease for a period sufficient for ablution and prayer, then it is considered to be like incontinence (sils), and it is obligatory to perform wudu for each prayer at the beginning of its time, and the emission of wind thereafter does not invalidate it.
