The answer

It is recommended for a child to perform (ritual bath) before entering into the state of for Hajj or , but their Umrah and Hajj are valid if they omit it. If the emission of wind (flatulence) is constant, such that it does not cease for a period sufficient for ablution and prayer, then it is considered to be like incontinence (sils), and it is obligatory to perform wudu for each prayer at the beginning of its time, and the emission of wind thereafter does not invalidate it.
