If the private parts are touched after the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) or urine – without touching the madhy or urine with the hand – does this make the objects that come into contact with the private parts impure?

If you touch your penis and it has madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) or urine impurity on it, but you do not touch the impurity itself, then your hand does not become impure, and consequently, anything you touch afterward does not become impure.
