Is the water used to purify the private parts considered impure if madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is found afterwards, leading to the contamination of other places the water passed over?

If the water separates from the place, not having changed due to impurity, after the second emission of pre-seminal fluid from it, then it is pure according to many scholars. Consequently, it does not defile whatever it touches on the body. One should not give in to obsessive whisperings (waswas).
