What is the ruling on following foreign fashion that involves nudity, and is it permissible to apply this in clothing worn in front of women, especially since committed individuals feel discomfort from these practices?

There is no religious impediment to loving new clothes and fashion, as long as it does not involve imitating disbelievers or wicked people in their specific attire, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them."

Among the regulations for a Muslim's clothing are: that it be covering, that it does not involve imitating non-Muslims, or one gender imitating the other, and that it is not clothing of fame, or pride, or extravagance, or silk for men.

It is not permissible to follow fashion if it involves exposing the 'awrah (private parts), and one must cease doing so and repent to Allah.
