Is it permissible for a brother to wash his sick sister?

It is permissible for a brother to clean and purify his sister in cases of need and necessity if she is unable to do so and there is no woman available to perform it. This should be done with care to cover her, lower his gaze, and, if possible, wrap a cloth around his hand when touching, because necessity is judged by its extent.
