Is it permissible for a mother and sister to clean their son and brother who is completely paralyzed, and what is the legitimate method for cleaning him for prayer and to avoid diseases?

The general rule is the impermissibility of a man looking at the 'awrah (private parts) of his brother, mother, or sister, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Guard your 'awrah except from your wife or what your right hand possesses." However, in cases of necessity, such as a person being unable to cleanse themselves, it is permissible for anyone, including the mother and sister, to remove impurities and purify the body of this person, even if it leads to looking at the 'awrah. This is to enable them to perform their acts of worship, maintain their purity, and ensure the cleanliness of their appearance and smell. The mother and sister will be rewarded for this, and they should avoid direct touching and looking at the 'awrah as much as possible. The young man must allow them to do so.
