Is it true that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Eating frankincense causes memorization, removes forgetfulness, and cuts phlegm"?

Frankincense is a plant called kundur and is also referred to as "frankincense pebbles." It has not been mentioned in an authentic prophetic hadith with a chain of transmission. What Abd al-Malik ibn Habib al-Qurtubi narrated as a commentary without a chain of transmission, namely that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Eating frankincense inherits memorization, removes forgetfulness, and cuts phlegm," is not sufficient to authenticate or accept the hadith. What is not proven should not be narrated or attributed to the Prophet, peace be upon him, due to his saying: "Whoever attributes to me what I have not said, let him take his seat in Hellfire."
