If your paternal grandmother nursed you, then your paternal uncles become your brothers through nursing. It is forbidden for you to marry your paternal female cousins because they are your sisters through nursing.
As for your maternal female cousin, if she was nursed by the milk of one of your paternal uncles, then she is also your sister through nursing, and it is forbidden to marry her.
It is worth noting that the nursing that establishes prohibition [of marriage] is that which occurs before the completion of two years of age and consists of five nursing sessions.
