There is no objection to a man marrying his paternal uncle's daughter, as long as the brother and his uncle did not share suckling from the same milk. If the sister suckled with her paternal uncle from her grandmother, this only prohibits the sister from marrying her paternal uncles' and aunts' sons. As for the brother, the indirect suckling relations from the grandmother do not prohibit him from marrying them.
