My brother was nursed by my paternal uncle. Is it permissible then for my brother to marry the daughter of my other paternal uncle?

If your brother was suckled by his uncle's mother (his grandmother), or from his father's milk (his grandfather), then he is not permitted to marry his other uncle's daughter, because she is considered his niece through suckling. However, if he was suckled by one of his uncles from a woman other than his grandmother, then the daughters of this uncle become his nieces through suckling, and he is not permitted to marry them. Whereas, he is permitted to marry the daughters of the remaining uncles with whom he was not suckled.
