What is the Shar'i ruling for someone who calls the Messenger Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "Abu Ibrahim" instead of "Rasul Allah" (Messenger of Allah) or "Nabi Allah" (Prophet of Allah), similar to how common people are addressed, and is it permissible to use this appellation for the best of creation in this manner?

Speaking about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, must be surrounded by veneration and reverence, according to the Almighty's saying: ﴿That you may believe in Allah and His Messenger and venerate him and revere him and glorify Him morning and evening﴾. Therefore, to speak about him or address him by the kunya "Abu Ibrahim" in the context of jest is a dangerous matter that must be refrained from. He must be mentioned in a manner that conveys honor and reverence. It is not a condition for this to precede his name or kunya with "Messenger of Allah" or "Prophet of Allah"; rather, it is sufficient to say "peace and blessings be upon him" or "upon him be peace."
