What is the solution for a husband's occasional abstinence from his wife, or his daily practice of masturbation instead of her?

What afflicts a person is treated with piety, abundant acts of obedience, avoidance of prohibitions, along with frequent supplication and seeking refuge in Allah. For the mentioned problem, the wife should be keen on being a good wife to her husband and adorning herself for him. As for the second situation, it is treated by advising the husband without confronting him with what he dislikes, offering specific advice regarding the matter, and praying for the rectification of his heart.
