Is "al-Dayyan" one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names? What is the evidence for that? And why did Ibn Uthaymeen not mention it in "Al-Qawa'id al-Muthla"?

The Dayyan (the ultimate Judge) is Allah Almighty, and He is the metaphorical Reckoner who recompenses people for their deeds on the Day of Judgment. This name has been affirmed in the hadith narrated by Ahmad from Abdullah ibn Unays: "People will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, naked, uncircumcised, and unadorned. Then a caller will proclaim: 'I am the King! I am the Dayyan!'" Al-Bayhaqi and Ibn Mandah included it among the Beautiful Names of Allah, but some scholars did not mention it due to their lack of conviction regarding its categorization as one of the Beautiful Names.
