Is the name "Dayyan" forbidden, and is it among the Beautiful Names of Allah with which it is impermissible to be named?

There is no objection to being named "Dayyan" or "Ahmad Dayyan", as the name "al-Dayyan" is not among the names exclusive to Allah Almighty, even though it is one of His Beautiful Names, bearing in mind that its meaning differs between the Creator and the created in a manner befitting each.
