How does one purify oneself from madhi (prostatic fluid), how is clothing purified from it, and what amount of it invalidates ablution?

Most scholars are of the opinion that pre-seminal fluid (madhy) necessitates ablution (wudu') and ritual washing (istinja'). Some of them obligated washing the penis and testicles in addition to ablution. It is sufficient to sprinkle water on the garment affected by madhy. Even if the madhy is small in amount, it is still considered impure, and the rulings applicable to a large amount apply to it. Thus, purification from madhy involves istinja' and washing the penis and testicles, then performing wudu' for prayer. As for purifying the garment, it is done by sprinkling water on the place of impurity.
